I feel sick, I am not looking forward to working, or the pre-op for my surgery tomorrow morning, and I am just PISSED OFF.  Sick of being hurt, and talked to like I am nothing.

Looking for Basic Crochet Patterns :-)

I am looking for basic crochet patters, like very simple. as I do have some learning disabilities among my strengths too … So I was just wondering if my readers, and followers would be so kind as to leave comments with links, or any suggestions for me I would Greatly appreciate it !! ♥

The Little Brown Hen

This is a quick and simple recipe that my family has fallen in love with. In fact, we had company this weekend and it was requested…twice!

What you will need:

3 chicken breast

1 block of cream cheese

1 McCormick ranch pkt (these don’t have MSG) or make your own here.

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

2 pkgs of crescent rolls or 1 recipe of homemade crescent rolls.

 

What you do:

Toss the chicken in your crock pot for 3-4 hrs on HIGH. (or cook on the stove, whatever you have time for.)

When the chicken is done, shred it with a fork. Mix in the cream cheese and ranch. Scoop onto crescent rolls, sprinkle with cheese and roll them up! Bake according to the rolls instructions.

These freeze BEAUTIFULLY as well. I whipped up a double batch, baked…

The Little Brown Hen

What you need:

1 1/3 cup wheat flour

3/4 cup rolled oats (not instant)

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 beaten egg

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup coconut oil – melted

1 cup Chocolate Chips (your choice)

What you do:

  1. 1. Line muffin pan with baking cups. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. In a medium bowl first 4 ingredients. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil. Add mixture all at once to the flour mixture. Stir until just moistened.
  4. Fold in Chocolate chips
  5. Spoon batter into cups, filling two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

Greek Salad Pinwheels – yum YUM ♥

this is defiantly gonna be a #healthy snack that I will be bringing to night school within my new 10 week Basic Adobe Photoshop class 😀

Dino's Discoveries

 

A recipe that is a full of Mediterranean flavour.

 

What You Will Need:

–   1 package (250g/8oz) of garlic and herb cream cheese

–   1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese

–   6 flour tortillas

–   1/3 cup of finely chopped cucumber

–   1/3 cup of chopped olives

–   1 ½ cups of chopped tomatoes

–   3 cups of baby spinach leaves

 

What You Will Need to do:

1.   In a bowl, beat the cream and feta cheese together.  Followed by stirring in the chopped cucumber.

2.   Microwave the tortillas for about 10 seconds so that they become soft.

3.   Spread ¼ cup of the cheese fixture on each tortilla.

4.   Spread the olives and tomatoes evenly on each tortilla.  Follow by ½ cups of spinach on each tortilla.

5.   Roll and wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

6.   Next, cut each roll into 1-inch slices and enjoy.
